Job Summary:

Those in a non-instructional role role are responsible for providing essential support to ensure the efficient operation of Riverview Charter School. This role does not involve direct instruction but contributes to the overall success of the organization through administrative, technical, or operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.

  • Assist in maintaining organizational policies and procedures.

  • Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors as needed.

  • Support the coordination of department projects and initiatives.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related needs.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.

  • Utilize software and technology to maintain records, process data, or facilitate communication.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance departmental efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Previous experience in administrative or support roles is advantageous.

  • Proficiency with Google Suite (GMail, Drive, Calendar, etc...) and other relevant software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an educational or corporate environment.

  • Knowledge of relevant industry practices and compliance standards.
